Early Years

What can be achieved?

Children of pre-school age who are capable of walking unaided should be physically active daily for at least 3hrs, spread throughout the day.

Most UK pre-school children currently spend 120-150 minutes a day in physical activity, so to achieve the guideline means adding 30-60 minutes per day.

How can we help?

Developing physical skills mean that children can now usually walk, climb and run, and join in active play with other children

We run bespoke workshops for early years professionals, to allow them to deliver fun activities for children, developing all the skills shown above.

Gordon is also available to deliver fun, weekly sessions to children covering all of these skills.

  • Encourage Daily Physical Active Play
  • Work on the ABC’s of Movement.
  • Develop Fundamental Movement Skills
