"I worked with Gordon towards London 2012 Olympic Games. The reason for working with him was his expertise in Speed Agility and Quickness and the ability to translate skills to performance. He was an integral part of my success team which managed to achieve a Gold medal at this event. The qualities and philosophy he brought to the team added great value and experience in the performance arena! Gordon has great empathy not just as a coach but also towards the athlete. His sessions are very athlete focused with progress always at the forefront of his thinking.
