Sports Specific Skills

Using all fundamental skills previously learnt this moves on to  develop the sports specific techniques, including tactics and game awareness, for example:
  • dribble a football
  • table tennis serve
  • rugby back-pass
  • volley in tennis
  • drop shot in badminton
