Gordon delivered a 2 hour fundamentals of movement session at Worksop Gymnastics Club for their young leaders. The Leaders are older Gymnasts at the club who are developing their coaching skills and help out at some of the recreational sessions at the club.
Gordon gave them some great new warm up and games ideas, one of the leaders had the confidence to deliver the warm up games for the session she helped at.
All the gymnasts loved it and the club will definitely be using the ideas that they learnt at future fundamentals sessions.
